At its winter session opened in Strasbourg on January 25 the CE Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) confirmed the powers of all the national delegations except for the Armenian and Albanian delegations.
The European parliamentarians stated the Armenian Parliament fell foul of the rules for composing the Armenian delegation, without explaining what they meant.
PACE instructed the relevant committee to prepare a report on both the states to discuss it on Thursday.
The Armenian Parliament confirmed this information.
On January 15, RA Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan confirmed the Armenian delegation members.
He removed the Heritage Party member Zaruhi Bostanjyan from the list of permanent members of the Armenian delegation to PACE. He ordered her trips not to be arranged or sponsored any more.
